The third mobility of the School Integration Exchange Hub+ (Acronym: SIE HUB+)" project, a Short-
term joint staff training event “Way Forward” took place in Bitola, at European Citizenship – Action (ECA)
with the three partners from Spain, Bulgaria and North Macedonian hosts.
The mobility aims to initiate cooperation that brings potential to tackle early school leaving by the
creation of a cross-sectorial network for sharing and transferring good practices. The main focus is on
the prevention of early school leaving (ESL) of pupils from vulnerable groups.
The partnership brings together players of a different type, civil society organization with new
networking solutions, a national public body responsible for the educational integration of children
from minorities, and training center with more than five decades of experience in training to the
targeted groups of vulnerable students and migrant from the diverse socioeconomic background.
In order to promote collection and exchange of knowledge and to improve practices involving
different perspectives and knowledge, the project addresses the following priorities:
- Presentation of the questionnaires results;
- Panel discussion: “Access to education”;
- Exchange of best practices for Early school leavers;
-Summarizing findings of the best practices and into policy recommendations;
-Evaluation of the project.

This project is financed by European Union and implemented by Zdruzenie Evropsko Gradjanstvo
Akcija – Bitola, North Macedonia, Centre for Educational Integration of Children and Students from
Ethnic Minorities, Sofia, Bulgaria and C.E.I.P San Carlos, Madrid, Spain.
