Second transnational meeting of the InSchool project InSchool “Include and Innovate in School Education” Project
In the period between September 28 to 29, 2023, the second transnational meeting of the INSCHOOL partners was held in Medas– Portugal. Representatives from all partner organizations participated at the meeting:

  • 4 representatives from CEIP San Carlos attended the meetings – Madrid (Spain),

  • 4 from the Center for Educational Integration of Children and Students from Ethnic Minorities (Bulgaria), and

  • 2 from European Citizenship – Action Bitola (North Macedonia).

Agrupamento de Escolas À Beira Douro – Medas (Portugal), hosted this meeting.

The main objective of this meeting was analysis of the implemented project activities with a reference to Training needs report for improvements of digital competences of educators, as well as to provide the framework for the implementation of upcoming project activities such as:

WP2.1 - Training programme for improvement of digital competences of educators

WP2.3 - Training package for educators

WP2.4 Toolkit for Students;

WP2.5 Guide for school application that ensure wide implementation of digital competences.

WP3 - Learning, Teaching and Training activities

The main objective of this project is to contribute decreasing early school leaving, by providing a learning supportive environment and tools.

InSchool “Include and Innovate in School Education” Project

INSCHOOL project 2022-1-BG01-KA220-000089165, is a supported initiative from Bulgarian National agency, under the framework of E+ program.

Project consortia is composed by a 4 project partners, coming from 4 different European countries.

  • Center for Educational Integration of Children and Students from Ethnic Minorities, Bulgaria. (project coordinator).

  • Agrupamento de Escolas À Beira Douro – Medas, Portugal (project partner).

  • CEIP San Carlos– Madrid, Spain (project partner).

  • European Citizenship – Action Bitola North Macedonia (project partner).

Project objectives: 

1. Contribution to reducing early school leaving of children by providing a learning environment supportive for students who have difficulties to succeed in established formal education systems;
2. Raising digital competences of educators;
3. Foster creativity, innovation and modernization in education to raise digital competences and motivate disadvantaged students to get involved; and,
4. Facilitate inclusion by application of digital know-how.

Targeted outputs:

1. Training needs report for improvements of digital competences;

2. Training programme for improvements of educators' digital competences;

3. Training package for Educators;

4. Toolkit for Students;

5. Guide for school application that ensure wide implementation of digital competences;

6. Joint staff training for integration of digital tools in teaching process (program piloting);

7. Teacher trainings at national level (50 participants per country).
